Heartbroken after a breakup this holiday season?

Although the holidays may feel heavy after a breakup, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m offering a workshop to help you heal, rediscover what joy really feels like, so you can reconnect with your true essence this season. Let’s turn this holiday into the beginning of something powerful—YOU.

“Love yourself first, because that's who you'll be spending the rest of your life with.”

In this time you may be feeling...
Lost

Feeling lost during the holidays can feel like wandering through a life that no longer feels familiar. The traditions you once cherished now seem hollow, and the future feels like a question mark you’re afraid to answer. It’s disorienting to face a world that used to feel so certain, yet now feels like a place you don’t quite belong. But in that feeling of being lost is an opportunity to rediscover yourself—to take the first step toward creating a life that truly aligns with the person you’re becoming.

Alone

Alone. It’s not just the absence of others—it’s the weight of silence when you used to have someone to share it with. You feel like you once had everything figured out, like your life had a rhythm, but now it’s just… you. And during the holidays, that silence feels deafening, making you question if joy and connection are even possible anymore. But being alone doesn’t mean you’re unworthy of love—it’s an invitation to create the kind of joy that starts from within and radiates outward.

Helpless

You know you need to move forward, but the “how” feels impossible to grasp. You can picture what life could look like—peaceful, joyful, whole—but every time you try to take a step, the weight of the unknown pulls you back. During the holidays, when everything feels magnified, that helplessness grows heavier. But what if you didn’t have to figure it out alone? What if this season could be the turning point where you take back your power and learn how to move forward, one step at a time?

Along with many other things.

This holiday season doesn’t have to feel impossible to navigate. My workshop “Gottman’s Seven Principles for Singles – Lessons in Love” is more than just guidance—it’s a lifeline. Together, we’ll create a roadmap to healing that’s uniquely yours. With compassionate support and proven strategies, you’ll move from simply surviving to loving the only person who matters - YOU, one step at a time. The first step to reclaiming your joy starts here—click “I’m ready to heal,” and let’s begin.

What people are saying

Linds

It’s hard to know where to even begin when talking about Rose since there are truly so many wonderful things I can say. When I first contacted her, we instantly connected as her story and experiences are similar to mine. Rose has truly gone above and beyond for me and has helped me in so many ways that other therapists could not. It is extremely evident that Rose is very compassionate, kind, and caring and truly cares deeply about her clients. Rose has been able to help me with my self confidence and self-love and as such has truly been a blessing. I am very grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her enough. It is very rare to find someone who makes you feel understood and seen. I truly am lucky to have found her.
